Rental Period:

Please note that Jim Flynn Rentals rents equipment time, not usage. All rentals are considered 24 hours.

We're dedicated to providing top-notch audio equipment and a seamless rental experience for your event. To ensure a smooth process, please review our equipment rental policy below:

Reservation and Payment:

  • All equipment reservations require confirmation and full payment at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards, cash, and checks.
  • Your reservation isn't guaranteed until payment is received.

Pickup and Delivery:

  • Equipment pickup is available during our business hours at our location.
  • Delivery and pickup services are available for an additional fee and must be arranged at the time of booking.
  • We will deliver and pick up the equipment at the designated location and agreed-upon times.

Equipment Use:

  • Equipment is intended for indoor or outdoor use as specified in the rental agreement.
  • Only adults over 18 can operate the equipment.
  • The renter is responsible for safe and appropriate equipment use, following any instructions provided by our staff.

Equipment Care and Cleaning:

  • The renter is responsible for proper equipment care and cleaning during the rental period.
  • Damage caused by improper use, care, or cleaning will result in additional fees for the renter.

Loss or Damage to Equipment:

  • The renter is responsible for the full replacement cost of any lost, stolen, or damaged equipment during the rental period, including any repairs.
  • We recommend obtaining additional insurance coverage for the equipment during the rental period.

Extended Rentals:

  • Contact us ASAP for extended rental requests. We'll do our best to accommodate you based on equipment availability.

Safety:

  • While our rental equipment is regularly inspected and maintained for safety, the renter assumes all risks and liabilities associated with its use.

Force Majeure:

Jim Flynn Rentals is not liable for any failure to fulfill obligations under this policy due to events beyond our reasonable control. These events include but are not limited to, acts of God, pandemics, government regulations, war, strikes, power outages, severe weather, or other similar events ("Force Majeure Event").

In the event of a Force Majeure Event, Jim Flynn Rentals may suspend or terminate this policy without liability to the renter. We will make reasonable efforts to notify the renter of any Force Majeure Event as soon as possible and resume the performance of our obligations as soon as reasonably practicable following the event's conclusion.

The renter acknowledges and agrees that Jim Flynn Rentals is not responsible for any damages or losses incurred as a result of a Force Majeure Event.
